What our panel thought

"Noticeable lemon, apricot on a broad spectrum of aromas, including honeysuckle, pink peppercorns, mandarin, and papaya. Those carry into the flavor, with a rich malt sweetness and restrained but dank bitterness, which lingers with moldy, metallic tones. Rounded mouthfeel heightens fruity notes."

What our editors thought

"Dry Southern Hemisphere hops evoke white grape, citrus rind, and cedar-lumber, with slightly sweet pungency. The sip echoes the nose, with curious fruity woodiness that sits satisfyingly on the tongue while drying out in the finish."

Maplewood Wild Idaho Nights

Orange Julius aroma, not super intense. Almost Noble, European lager-floral crispness. Low notes of peach, pear, onion, leek. Light sweetness with some bready, grainy malt flavors. Moderate bitterness in flavor, dominated by garlic hops with touches of sweet mango and peach.

Cerebral Brewing Push Notification

“Leitmotif of onion, leek, caraway, plus pineapple, dank, orange—mix of new and old school. Bigger flavor flourish: Enjoyed the complexity of oniony hops, ebbing nicely with soft bitterness; orange also stands out. Moderately sweet and bitter, balanced, as sweetness fades into the finish.”

Tampa Bay Transmission Zero

Aroma: peach, passion fruit, candied orange, light strawberry, pine. These give way to more tart lime, grapefruit pith, pineapple on the palate, with underripe raspberry on the tail end. Lingering tartness. Finishes fairly dry, a bit bitter, not harsh or astringent.
